We are excited to announce that we are looking for a Marketing Coordinator. This position requires you to work on-site in our Robbinsville NJ Office.
The Marketing Coordinator is an administrative position within our marketing team and serves as the primary point of contact for all client communications. This position should strive to contribute to client satisfaction by ensuring our clients receive the highest standards of service our team can provide. The perfect candidate for this position should be an upbeat, client-centric individual with reasonable technical skills. We are looking for a unique, data-driven inbound marketer to own the majority of the marketing funnel for applicable clients.
What You’ll Do
- Support Marketing Account Manager for execution of marketing campaigns and meeting client goals through the completion of projects
- Be the boots on the ground for completing projects through delegation to contractors and following up or completing yourself when needed.
- Communicate effectively about task status and deliverables needed
- Communicate with clients if required as another hand to the Account Manager.
- Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience (including blog posts, white papers, ebooks, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.).
- Mapping and owning the customer journeys in HubSpot, creating campaigns and contact acquisition to retention
- Proficient in setting up marketing automation and email systems (e.g., HubSpot) and integrating those systems with other technologies
- Supports internal process improvements to help hone best practices for all aspects of project delivery
Requirements
- Motivated self-starter resides in NJ or Philadelphia area, position is on-site
- Excellent communicator and creative thinker with an ability to use data to inform all decisions
- Is not afraid to try new things and jump in with both feet when faced with challenges
- Is fluent in marketing automation software, specifically Hubspot (required)
- Is enthusiastic and passionate about online and inbound marketing
- Must be analytical with a strong understanding of inbound marketing concepts
- Proficient in Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and Google Tag Manager
- Has digital marketing agency experience working directly with clients
- Able to keep the marketing team and direct supervisor informed of key milestones and project status
- Able to take and follow directions, receive feedback and apply that feedback to other tasks
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience working with content, marketing, and creative teams
- Knowledge of the Financial Services industry (a huge plus!)
- Passion for content and video production is an advantage
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively with various GK3 teams
- The ability to prioritize tasks based on importance and urgency
- The ability to problem-solve with clients promptly
- Documenting communication and processes
- The ability to direct clients on GK3 offerings and help them determine the level of engagement that meets their needs, goals, and budget
- Experience with CRM platforms (ideally HubSpot), project management software (ideally Hive), and the ability to learn new tools as required by the position
