From there we move into ongoing execution. Every 30 days we run a prioritized sprint against your strategy, report on what's working, and adjust based on performance data.

Every GK3 engagement is scoped through our Value Point system. 1 point = $100. Every deliverable has a point value based on the work involved. Before any engagement starts, you see exactly what we're building and what it costs.

For the Digital Operating Model and Pilot, points give you real flexibility. When your priorities shift, your points shift with them. No new contract. No amended scope.

HubSpot licensing typically runs $10,000–$50,000 per year depending on users, database size, and hubs. We scope the right tier during Compass.
Paid media spend is not included in GK3 engagement fees. Ad budgets are set and managed separately based on your goals and channels.
