We get it. Choosing a growth partner in financial services isn’t simple. Here are the most common questions we hear from firms looking to scale faster with smarter marketing, sales, and tech execution.
Unlike generalist agencies, GK3 combines deep financial services knowledge with hands-on digital execution. We don’t just hand off strategy; we build and implement content campaigns, sales enablement tools, CRM workflows, and advisor funnels that measurably grow AUM and advisor engagement.
We offer flexible engagement models:
Retainer: A full-service growth team that operates as an extension of your firm.
Project-Based: Fixed-scope deliverables for campaigns, launches, or rebrands.
Coaching: Strategic guidance for in-house teams to improve execution and alignment.
Each model is designed to meet your firm’s goals, resources, and timelines.
We help you generate and convert more advisor leads through:
Content-led digital campaigns
Sales enablement tools (e.g., pitchbooks, decks)
Funnel optimization and CRM automation
All backed by a data-first framework that tracks traffic, conversions, and meetings. All tied to AUM growth metrics.
Yes, many of our clients have in-house resources. We work alongside internal marketing or sales leaders to extend bandwidth, fill skill gaps, and drive execution faster. Whether you need a full external team or strategic support for a campaign, our model adapts to your structure.
Most clients begin seeing early traction, such as, increased advisor engagement, lead flow, or sales team enablement, within the first 30 to 60 days. Our DD360 onboarding framework helps us quickly audit your current marketing systems, identify quick wins, and launch foundational campaigns. Long-term growth in AUM and conversion rates builds from there through consistent execution, optimization, and measurement.
If your strategy isn’t keeping up with how buyers actually make decisions, we can help. In just one call, we’ll show you where the gaps are, what success looks like for a firm like yours, and how to build a system that drives qualified leads and measurable growth.
Our clients don’t need more tactics; they need results. Let’s build a plan together.
