Kevin Chabra is a Director of Operations at GK3 Capital and has successfully completed the FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Exam. Kevin has played a key role in building GK3 Capital over his more than four years with the company, contributing to the development and scaling of its operational infrastructure.
In his role, Kevin leads internal resourcing and project management to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of client programs, campaigns, and content that support growth and client engagement. He plays an active role in leadership-level planning, performance analysis, and operational strategy, helping guide execution across the organization. Kevin oversees operational systems and processes, with a focus on improving operational efficiency, scalability, and the performance of client-facing initiatives within structured financial services environments. He also leads and manages a cross-functional team, directing priorities, output, and execution to maintain high standards of performance.
Kevin is closely involved in evaluating project performance, ongoing retainer client relationships, and individual deliverables, using these insights to continuously refine processes and improve future outcomes. His approach is rooted in leveraging historical performance insights and operational data to inform future strategy and execution.
Kevin brings over twenty years of experience in operations and systems management, with a career focused on optimizing processes and engineering continuous improvement. Prior to joining GK3 Capital, he served as a Project Manager at Americana Hospitality Group, where he oversaw operations, systems, and productivity enhancements. Earlier in his career, Kevin worked with a full-service IT solutions provider, where he managed client relationships and supported the implementation of technology solutions.
Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, PA. True to his hands-on and solutions-oriented nature, Kevin personally rebuilt his family’s home. He is also a proud father and enjoys refurbishing furniture, as well as spending time outdoors during the summer working in his yard and relaxing by the pool.

Heather Gulino is the Director of Business Administration at GK3 Capital, where she serves in a key leadership role overseeing all core business functions, including human resources, business operations, and financial administration. In her role, Heather manages the day-to-day operations of the firm, including accounts receivable and payable, while also leading strategic initiatives that support growth, efficiency, and scalability across the organization.
Heather plays a critical role in aligning operational infrastructure with business objectives, ensuring seamless execution across the firm. She also contributes to new investment product launches and leads digital strategies to generate leads and drive new business for clients.
Heather’s professional career spans financial services, compliance, digital sales, and marketing. Prior to joining GK3 Capital, she served as Vice President of Sales at FGS, where she sold print, fulfillment, and direct marketing solutions to financial services firms. In this role, she partnered with financial services and compliance teams to support marketing execution, regulatory communications, SEC filings, and large-scale investor communications and distribution.
Previously, Heather was an Account Manager at Discovery Data (now ISS Market Intelligence), a leading provider of data, analytics, and market intelligence solutions for the financial services industry. In this role, she managed client relationships and supported financial institutions in leveraging data to drive distribution strategy, advisor targeting, and business development initiatives. She worked closely with clients on onboarding, training, and ongoing utilization of data platforms to maximize value and insights.
Heather also spent nine years at Cole Capital as part of the legal and compliance team, where she supported marketing and regulatory functions for alternative investment offerings. In this role, she was directly involved in the review and approval of offering materials and investor communications, ensuring compliance with SEC and FINRA regulations. She collaborated closely with internal legal teams and external partners to support the launch of investment programs and maintain adherence to regulatory standards. Heather was part of a team that successfully launched 40 Section 1031 tax-advantaged real estate exchange programs and three REITs. During her tenure, Cole Capital grew into a nationwide real estate enterprise listed on the NYSE with $15 billion in assets.

Ben is a seasoned communications, publishing, marketing, and business development professional with more than 30 years of experience as a thought leader in all facets of the global commercial real estate and financial services industries.
Throughout his career, Ben has been an influencer when it comes to pioneering content. As a Managing Director at Institutional Real Estate Inc., he led the launch of a pioneering real assets-focused publication in both digital and print formats called Real Assets Adviser. This first-of-its-kind magazine reaches 70,000 top registered investment advisors, wealth managers, family offices, and defined contribution pension plan administrators with the goal of educating them about the real estate, infrastructure, energy, and commodities segments of the Real Assets investment class.
Ben has also played key executive and communication roles with some of the top firms in both the real estate and financial services industries. Tom Venner is the Creative Director at GK3 Capital, where he leads the creative work developed for the firm’s clients. He brings more than twenty-five years of experience as an art director and creative director, with a background in financial services, capital markets, commercial real estate, technology, and specialty retail.
Much of Tom’s career has focused on helping investment firms communicate clearly and grow with purpose. During his eight years at Provasi Capital, formerly Behringer and Behringer-Harvard, the firm’s assets under management grew to more than $11 billion. There, he led an in-house design team supporting investment strategies that included private REITs, commercial real estate, 1031 tax-free exchanges, Delaware Statutory Trusts, energy infrastructure, and collateralized loan obligations.
His experience also includes work for companies such as AT&T Business, Capital One, MGM Entertainment, and Toys' R ' Us International. At AT&T Business, he led design and art direction for U.S. and international C-suite executives, helping create technical and educational presentations and events that supported company leadership. Business-to-business design has been the throughline of his career, bringing together creativity, clarity, and information design across digital, print, video, and photography.
His work has earned multiple honors from the Financial Communications Society Portfolio Awards, with recognition in branding, print collateral, and digital collateral for business-to-business financial institutions. The AVA Awards has recognized his motion graphics, digital marketing, and display advertising designs.

He works with a wide range of financial services firms, including asset managers, RIAs, family offices, advisory firms, wealth managers, and fintech companies, to identify their needs and match them with the right solutions based on products, firm structure, target audience, and budget.
Since joining GK3, Colby has grown from running client accounts as an Account Coordinator into a business development role focused on establishing new firm relationships. He takes a consultative approach, helping prospective clients think through what they actually need before recommending a path forward.
Before GK3, Colby was part of a 200-person team at the regional office of a national firm offering fee-based wealth management, estate planning, and insurance. His background spans both traditional and digital marketing.
Colby earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Cum Laude from the Zeigler College of Business at Bloomsburg University, with a concentration in Business Management. He served as Professional Development Chair for his university's American Marketing Association chapter and held the roles of President, Treasurer, and Community Service Chair for Theta Chi Lambda. His work spans everything from AI template development and marketing analytics to full platform buildouts, making him a central resource across nearly every function at the firm.
Before GK3, Ben worked as an AI Integration Engineer focused on embedding AI into client sales and marketing functions, and spent time in revenue operations and marketing analytics, running CRM integrations and optimizing data pipelines. He graduated from the University of Maryland with a B.S. in Marketing and completed a full-stack development bootcamp with App Academy, a combination that shapes how he approaches both the technical and strategic sides of his work.

Before joining GK3, he worked as a freelance graphic designer and art instructor, taking on a wide range of projects while also teaching drawing to students of all ages.
Tanner holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts, Magna Cum Laude, from the Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University. During his time there, he served in leadership roles within the campus chapter of Phi Sigma Pi, a national honors fraternity with a focus on academics and community service.
